Wildfire sparks above Centerville, many homes evacuated

A fast-moving wildfire was sparked late Sunday in the foothills above Parrish Lane and 100 South.

Almost 90 homes have been evacuated by 4th July 1 a.m.

There's no structure damages reported, but still many more homes are being considered to evacute.

The Duell Creek Fire is estimated to be burning 20 to 50 acres and is moving uphill,

The cause of the fire, which broke out just before midnight, is under investigation.

Flames were fanned by winds amid very dry conditions due to ongoing severe drought.
